Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Opened or used items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
